There are absolutely no refunds on our coaching programs because once we dedicate our time to supporting you, we can't get it back. After taking the first step in your journey we encourage you to commit to it fully. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

A great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together. If you're over 10 minutes late or don't show for your 1:1 appointment, you lose that time. If you need to reschedule a 1:1 call it must be done no later than 24 hours before the original time/date, and must be rescheduled within 3-5 days to stay on track with the program. If you no show for a group coaching call you will forfeit that opportunity for connection and still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.
